9/11

PATRIOT DAY                                       is observed in the United States on September, 11. But this date is remembered by people all over the world. No matter who we are and where we live, we should bare in minds the simple truth that people need cooperation to prevent such tragic events.

  1. Thank you for this post! It's incredibly sad and terrifying that such disasters may happen. It sounds wild, but no one can be insured from such events! Doubtless, everyone keeps in mind the 9th of September 2001. A lot of years have already faded away though...I know that there're a few films which are devoted to this tragedy. One of them, "Remember me", I liked it. But, as the video says, we also ought to remember the people who were defending victims from fire, rescuing them, they're real heroes!
Let's make the world a better place at least by understanding such awful things and always trying to avoid them!

  2. Karina, thank you for the comment! I can't agree more with you that people should unite to oppose to the threat of terrorism.

  3. 9/11/2001, 9:03 AM: United Airlines Flight 175 was crashed into the south tower of the World Trade Center. That's a really sad event & huge tragedy for the USA ,nobody will ever forget that Tuesday morning. I guess each person on the planet took a moment to remember those tragically lost and injured on September 11, 2001. That's how the explosions looked like from the space: http://i.huffpost.com/gen/767536/thumbs/o-FRANK-CULBERTSON-9-11-900.jpg?4. So terrible! It's a day that always will exist in our minds. The people who died there may be gone but they're not forgotten and they're never ever gonna be forgotten. My thoughts are with those who lost their brothers, sisters, parents or friends. And RIP to everyone who lost their lives.
